Marketing Manager, SOUTH HAMPSTEAD HIGH SCHOOL
Marketing & Communications Manager
This is an exciting new opportunity at South Hampstead High School to play a key role in developing and delivering the school’s marketing and communications strategy, working closely alongside the Head of Marketing.
Role Overview
This role sits across multiple functions, including:
- Marketing and Admissions
- Philanthropy and Alumnae Relations
- Commercial lettings
Your responsibilities will focus on creative and innovative digital, video and holistic marketing, ensuring South Hampstead High’s position and reputation are enhanced as an outstanding school for girls. You will showcase pupils' successes and support recruitment of new students.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Implementation
- Oversee the implementation and management of a multi-channel marketing mix, including:
- Paid search
- Digital advertising
- SEO
- Above-the-line campaigns
- Social media strategies
- Drive traffic to the school website and maximise pupil admissions, increasing engagement and brand awareness.

Content Development & Communication
- Develop and disseminate engaging digital content across social media and communications channels.
- Shape the vision for school events, highlighting the excellence of both junior and senior schools.
Work Arrangement & Flexibility
- Full-time year-round or term-time basis + four weeks during holidays, with onsite presence during term time.
- Opportunities for hybrid working, including remote access during holiday periods.
