This is an exciting opportunity to join Bison Industrial Ltd, one of the UK's leading suppliers to the Building Services, M&E and HVAC sectors, and play a pivotal role in the growth of TekSpan - our premium modular framing and support systems brand.

The Role

Reporting to the Group Managing Director and working closely with our sales, engineering and technical teams, you will take ownership of the TekSpan marketing strategy and help drive market awareness, lead generation and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Building awareness and market share for the TekSpan brand across the UK construction sector.
  • Creating compelling content, case studies, technical literature and customer success stories.
  • Supporting lead generation activity through digital campaigns, SEO, social media, email marketing and targeted account-based marketing.
  • Planning and managing exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and product launches.
  • Managing external agencies, designers, photographers and content creators where required.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, lead generation and ROI.
  • Conducting market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Supporting the sales team with marketing collateral, presentations and customer engagement materials.
  • Managing and developing Bison's digital platforms, websites and social channels.

About You

You will be a commercially aware marketing professional who enjoys combining creativity with measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in B2B marketing.
  • Strong experience across digital marketing, content creation and campaign management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organisational and budget management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and marketing analytics.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach and a willingness to get involved at every level.
  • Experience within construction, engineering, industrial distribution or technical product sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
