Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Seacroft, Leeds. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness, drive demand, and support sales growth across trade and consumer channels. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Developing and managing marketing campaigns
- Coordinating digital and traditional marketing activities
- Creating and overseeing content for various channels
- Working with sales and technical teams to align messaging with product capabilities
The Marketing Manager will:
- Analyse market trends and campaign performance
- Manage budgets
- Maintain brand consistency across all communications
This role also involves:
- Collaborating with external agencies and partners
- Organising events or trade show participation
- Supporting lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong marketing strategy and planning skills, with experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics tools.
- Ability to create clear, compelling marketing content for web, print, and presentations, with strong writing and editing skills.
- Experience in brand management and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across channels.
- Experience of managing a CRM and marketing automation platform such as HubSpot.
- Solid skills in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision making to optimise marketing activities.
- Experience collaborating with sales, product, and technical teams, ideally within construction, building materials, or related sectors.
- Strong project management abilities, including budget management, timeline coordination, and stakeholder communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
