Marketing Manager – Evolito

About the Role

Evolito’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric propulsion in aerospace applications, driving a net-zero world. We are revolutionising personal mobility and transforming towns and cities with clean, noise-free air transportation.

Evolito designs and manufactures class-leading, lightweight, high-power, and high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for EVTOLs, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), and General Aviation. We also specialise in high-integrity, bespoke battery systems for aerospace and defence markets.

At a critical stage of growth, Evolito is scaling rapidly with ambitious plans for the next 12–18 months. As Marketing Manager, you will shape how our products are perceived globally—combining engineering excellence with commercial impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver product marketing strategies that:
    • Clearly communicate Evolito’s aerospace capabilities and performance benefits
    • Align with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, CAA, FAA, EASA)
  • Drive customer and prospect engagement by crafting tailored value propositions for aerospace OEMs and defence applications
  • Create and manage technical, thought-leadership, and campaign content, including:
    • White papers
    • Case studies
    • Digital, social, and industry media activity
  • Leverage market insights, customer data, and campaign analytics to:
    • Measure performance
    • Identify opportunities
    • Continuously refine marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to ensure:
    • Technically accurate messaging
    • Commercial relevance
    • Alignment with business priorities
  • Represent Evolito at:
    • Aerospace trade shows
    • Conferences
    • Industry networking events (to build brand awareness)
  • Ensure all marketing materials reflect:
    • Appropriate industry language
    • Product and customer considerations
    • Regulatory compliance

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum:

  • Proven experience in product marketing, campaign management, or technical communications
    • Preferably within aerospace, engineering, advanced tech, or high-trust B2B environments
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical features into customer-centric benefits
  • Experience in marketing strategy development and performance-driven digital campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting and presentation skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Passion for aerospace innovation with the ability to articulate technical value clearly
  • Confident cross-functional collaboration (Engineering, Product, Sales, Operations)
  • Problem-solving mindset, analytical rigor, and deadline awareness
  • Energy, self-starter mentality with capability to operate in a fast-growing startup environment
