A growing food manufacturer are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager
You will have a strong background working within food manufacturing or food service markets with a strong understanding of B2B markets, events and exhibitions. If you thrive on shaping strategy, turning insights into stand out campaigns, and delivering results across the UK market, this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark within a thriving, award-winning cheese processing business.
What You Will Do:
- Drive the Marketing Manager approach across the UK market, aligning closely with UK commercial teams for sustainable commercial growth.
- Shape brand presence through campaigns, communications, and industry events that strengthen customer engagement and measurable outcomes.
- Lead insight-led planning, using performance data to evaluate effectiveness, spot opportunities for improvement, and refine delivery.
- Develop clear briefs and direction for supporting marketing activity, ensuring high standards and alignment with business priorities.
- Evolve exhibition and event activity, maximising audience relevance and commercial return.
- Collaborate confidently across stakeholders, influencing and translating marketing priorities into practical plans.

What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a marketing leader, ideally within B2B marketing, with some exposure to B2C bringing an extra edge to your approach.
- Strong UK market knowledge and a strategic, hands-on delivery style fit for shaping and guiding execution as a Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrable experience running campaigns and events that drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
- An analytical mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills across internal teams.
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Events Management, or a related field, plus proven success in a similar role.
