About Us
We are Two Circles. We are a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business. We grow audiences and revenues. We do that by knowing fans best. We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.
Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are over 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world.
About the Role
Able to engage and impress at client Chief Executive level, a Marketing Manager will be responsible for:
- Owning client relationships and becoming a trusted partner to senior decision-makers.
- Structure and solve complex business challenges using a combination of data, market insight, and commercial expertise.
- Manage project teams, ensuring high-quality marketing outputs, effective collaboration, and successful delivery against timelines and budgets.
- Coach and develop consultants and senior consultants, providing guidance on marketing, problem solving, client management, and professional growth.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to solve high impact commercial challenges with first class marketing campaigns.
- Drive measurable outcomes for clients through insight-led strategy and campaign execution.
- Influence the future direction of both client organisations and the broader marketing & consulting practice.
- Stay at the forefront of trends across sport, entertainment, technology, and fan behaviour, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to client challenges.
- Play a key role in growing the marketing & consulting practice by helping shape team culture, delivery standards, and commercial success.

Requirements
What we're looking for
- Considerable experience in marketing in either an agency or rights holder environment.
- Ability to work at pace and retain a keen attention to detail
- Great self-starting attitude keen to join an entrepreneurial organisation where every working day is different
- Track record of delivering complex change-orientated marketing projects in a fast moving, customer-orientated agency or business
- Comfortable building strong working relationships, both within the business and with clients, and a keenness to maintain and develop these relationships
- Strong understanding of the sports industry
- Can lead as well as manage project teams
- Fluent in English, fluency in another European language preferably is a plus
