Marketing Manager | Shanghai Me London
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to join the team at Shanghai Me London. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic marketer to take ownership of the venue's marketing function, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance. Working closely with the senior leadership and operations teams, you will develop and deliver innovative marketing initiatives that strengthen the restaurant's position within London's premium dining scene.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the venue's marketing strategy in line with business objectives and revenue targets.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital marketing, social media, CRM, PR, partnerships, and events.
- Manage the annual marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns align with key trading periods and seasonal activations.
- Create engaging content and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop initiatives that increase guest acquisition, retention, and overall guest experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and creative suppliers.
- Identify local partnerships and marketing opportunities that enhance brand awareness across London.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity, using insights to optimise future campaigns and maximise ROI.
- Support the planning and execution of events, launches, and promotional activations.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong commercial results.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years' experience in a marketing role within hospitality, restaurants, luxury lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.
- Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, CRM, content creation, and guest engagement strategies.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into measurable business outcomes.
- Creative, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Desirable Experience
- Previous experience within premium restaurants, luxury hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience working with Asian restaurant concepts or Asian-inspired hospitality brands is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the London restaurant and hospitality market.
- Experience delivering event-led and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with recognized hospitality or restaurant brands is advantageous.
