Job Description
BD is hiring for an exciting opportunity as Marketing Manager – Women’s Health! You’ll drive nationwide growth in BD’s Women’s Health Solutions across the European Union, developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy to position BD as a trusted leader in minimally invasive breast biopsy practices. This role offers location flexibility in Europe.
About The Role
The Marketing Manager – Women’s Health leads strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate growth, adoption, and customer engagement for BD’s Women’s Health Solutions in the EU. You’ll oversee regional marketing planning, connect cross-functionally with Product Managers, Sales, European Marketing, Medical Affairs, Professional Education, Market Access, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing, and drive commercial success through impactful programs, customer loyalty, and performance-driven results.
Collaboration across product and commercial teams is central to delivering solutions that meet customer needs, reinforce BD’s brand, and achieve business targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Co-develop and execute regional marketing strategy—aligned with BD’s business priorities, ensuring alignments of marketing plans with financial projections (ASR).
- Partner with portfolio & product teams to identify holistic solutions that solve for customer unmet needs and strategic objectives.
- Optimize BNEG1 portfolio performance through deep clinical pathway knowledge, customer insights, and competitive intelligence.
- Drive early market access by adapting the market positioning, value proposition, pricing, and portfolio lifecycle strategies to European demands.
- Collaborate with national teams to tailor push-and-pull strategies, customer-specific campaigns, and launch support to maximize adoption.
- Foster a data-driven culture by monitoring trends, competitor benchmarks, customer feedback, and regulatory changes.
- Spearhead product launches—aligning milestones across market strategies, program budgets, and cross-functional projects.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for target therapy markets, leading sales enablement, digital media programs, and digitalisation initiatives, while partnering on innovative telesales solutions.
- Develop promotional tools and content that reflect brand equity (e.g., website assets, sales materials).
- Maintain a competitive intelligence database and evaluate partners on behalf of Global BD Pharma to reach agreements and collaborations.
- Work with KOLs and professionals to build and grow a network of trusted advisors supporting strategic priority areas.

Responsibilities
Critical Execution
- Deliver and refine marketing programs across all stakeholder touchpoints, tracking campaign performance, market developments, and meaningful ROI.
- Fully adopted operating model for BD Global Division, with compliance to CE/PMA, DM/PAT-MSD.
Passion for Growth
- Develop market position and presence strategies for innovative Women's Health products, leveraging end-to-end G2M frameworks and incorporating development plans.
- Execute and evaluate quarterly reviews on portfolio adoption and regional performance, driving customer-focused strategies.

Climate for Success
BD prioritizes in-person collaboration as a pillar for fostering creativity, innovation, and problem-solving. While most roles require minimum 4 days of office presence per week, this Marketing Manager – Women’s Health position offers flexibility.
About You
Education: MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Market Development, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
Experience: 5-8+ years in marketing or business development, with a proven track record within MedTech, healthcare, or market-driven industries, specializing in portfolio marketing, go-to-market strategies, and commercialization.
Languages: Fluent in English is essential. Proficiency in multiple European languages is a clear advantage.
Ancillary Details
- Bonus Scheme: Role eligible provided KPIs in job description are met.
- Salary Range (Estimates): €55,000.00 - €88,000.00 (annual) echocardiograms not 100% guaranteed – salary subject to negotiation, roles, location specifics drafting equations
