First Intuition Marketing Manager for Academy, International and AI Portfolios

First Intuition is one of the UK’s leading accountancy training providers, delivering professional qualifications across ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT and apprenticeship programmes. With regional training centres across the UK, over 500 employees, and a reputation for exceptional pass rates and student satisfaction, we partner with leading accountancy firms including Big 4, mid-tier practices, and corporate finance teams to develop the next generation of finance professionals.

Backed by private equity firm Apiary Partners, First Intuition is in an exciting phase of strategic growth. We are expanding beyond our core accountancy training into new markets including professional skills development (through Impact Academy), international delivery, and AI-enabled learning solutions.

This role sits at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for marketing three strategic portfolios: Impact Academy (our “Beyond Accountancy” professional skills offering), International expansion, and AI-enabled products. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the Group to establish market presence and drive learner acquisition in these high-priority areas.

The Role

The Marketing Manager for Academy, International and AI portfolios is responsible for delivering effective, insight-led marketing plans that drive B2B and B2C awareness, consideration and conversion across First Intuition’s strategic growth areas.

The role combines product marketing and campaign delivery, owning go-to-market strategy, positioning, regional alignment, stakeholder engagement and performance optimisation. You will work closely with Managing Directors and Product owners across the business to translate strategy into compelling marketing that delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and own marketing plans for Academy, International and AI portfolios
  • Ensure plans support First Intuition’s commercial targets and learner growth objectives
  • Align marketing activity with Group strategy and Investment Board priorities
  • Translate product roadmaps into go-to-market plans and campaign calendars

Product Marketing

  • Partner with Product owners to develop compelling positioning and messaging for new products
  • Create product launch plans and go-to-market strategies
  • Develop sales enablement materials, collateral and product content
  • Gather market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform product development
  • Support pricing and packaging decisions with market insight

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
