Marketing Manager

If you're the kind of marketer who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to launch, loves creating brilliant websites, thrives on delivering standout events and knows how to get the best return from media spend, this could be exactly what you're looking for.

We're partnering with an ambitious, growing business to recruit a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing activity. This is a genuinely varied position where no two days are the same. You'll lead website projects, deliver high-quality events, oversee media buying and help drive the business's continued growth.

This is also a business with a fantastic team culture. People genuinely enjoy being in the office, working together, sharing ideas and celebrating success. If you're someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues rather than working remotely in isolation, you'll fit right in.

The Role - Marketing Manager

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll take ownership of delivering marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and support wider commercial objectives. With a particular focus on websites, events and media planning, you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
