United Infrastructure

United Infrastructure is a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, focused on delivering critical infrastructure projects, across the utility and social infrastructure sectors. Our team of highly skilled and hardworking specialists deliver innovative solutions to the complex challenges our clients face.

Our company is split into two business areas:

  • Utility Infrastructure – Our team of Utility Infrastructure specialists design, build and maintain critical water, energy (gas), power and telecoms infrastructure, for the UK’s largest network owners and operators.
  • Social Infrastructure - Our team of Social Infrastructure specialists revitalise homes and communities by carrying out a wide range of work, from retrofit to refurbishment, and maintenance.

Equal Opportunities Statement

At United Infrastructure, we are committed to making every interaction a positive and inclusive experience. If there is anything we can do to support you, remove barriers, or make the process more accessible, please let us know — we want this to be the best possible experience for you.

Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support our Energy and Water business. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of delivering marketing activity across the year, working closely with colleagues across the business to help raise our profile, support business development and tell the stories behind the work we do.

This is an exciting time for the world of energy as we look for renewable energy sources and United Infrastructure is at the forefront of the first carbon capture and storage project, in Liverpool Bay. This is a pivotal role liaising with stakeholders, media, government and local communities to communicate the future benefits of these projects are in line with our net zero commitments as a country.

You will be working closely with the Managing Directors of this business area to ensure that messaging is aligned to strategy throughout so being organised, confident and a good communicator is key.

No two days will be the same. One day you could be organising an industry exhibition, the next writing a press release, filming content on site or pulling together an award submission.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
