Marketing Manager – ZIIP Skincare
Shape the future of a premium skincare brand at The Beauty Tech Group
About the Role
We’re seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to jumpstart ZIIP Skincare, a bold new entrant in the premium skincare market. This is your chance to define brand strategy, shape identity, and establish ZIIP as a credible, desirable name from the ground up.
You’ll leverage your brand-building expertise, marketing creativity, and strategic thinking to position ZIIP as a standout in a competitive industry—combining clinical credibility with cutting-edge innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Define & executes pre-launch strategy:
- Collaborate on ZIIP Skincare’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market approach, ensuring clarity and differentiation

Launch & activate campaigns:
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution—from initial concept development to creative delivery and activation
- Work closely with creative teams to develop persuasive brand and product assets for retail/online channels

Data-driven decision making:
- Translate consumer insights, clinical credentials, and market trends into compelling brand messaging
- Track and analyse campaign performance, refining strategies for maximum impact

Build key partnerships:
- Manage retail and online partner relationships to expand distribution and visibility

Cross-functional execution:
- Align with social, performance, product, and partnerships teams to maintain a consistent brand voice

Budget stewardship:
- Oversee marketing budgets and optimise spend for high-impact launches

Stay ahead of industry trends:
- Monitor skincare innovations, clinic-led beauty developments, and competitor activity to keep ZIIP sharp and relevant
What We’re Looking for
- 5+ years in brand marketing, with experience building and launching brands from scratch—skincare, beauty, or a closely related category preferred
- Clinical/kiosk-style skincare experience is a strong plus
- Cross-channel expertise (retail + digital) considered but not essential for candidates with strong strategic acumen
- Self-starting mentality—comfortable with ambiguity, creative problem-solving, and speed of execution
- Strong insight translation: Ability to distil clinical/consumer data into clear brand messaging
- Project management skills: Handling multi-stakeholder projects with tight deadlines
- Collaborative mindset: Proven ability to work cross-functionally in dynamic teams
- Excellent communication: Persuasive in written/verbal formats to align internal and external audiences
