Role Description

The Marketing Manager role at Hamlet Hotels is a full-time, hybrid position based in Reading, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and drive bookings across business and leisure segments.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Coordinating digital and offline campaigns
  • Overseeing social media and content initiatives
  • Analyzing performance data to optimize marketing efforts

Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality or service-sector marketing, with the ability to develop and implement brand-building strategies.
  • Strong skills in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis across digital and traditional channels.
  • Ability to manage marketing projects and budgets, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CRM platforms, social media management tools, web analytics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing on-site collaboration in Reading with remote work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in UK or international hospitality markets is beneficial; knowledge of European or Indian markets is an advantage.
