Marketing Manager

First Intuition is one of the UK’s leading accountancy training providers, delivering professional qualifications across ACA, ACCA, CIMA, AAT, and apprenticeship programmes. With regional training centres across the UK, over 500 employees, and a reputation for exceptional pass rates and student satisfaction, we partner with leading accountancy firms, including Big 4, mid-tier practices, and corporate finance teams, to develop the next generation of finance professionals.

We're looking to appoint a new Marketing Manager to act as our primary marketing business partner for our:

  • Online
  • AAT Distance Learning
  • ICAEW Online
  • CIMA Online programmes

The Role

Responsible for translating central strategy into tailored regional marketing plans, the Marketing Manager will:

  • Ensure high-quality online activation
  • Develop and deliver campaign strategy, build, and delivery
  • Drive measurable performance outcomes

Campaign Deployment

  • Develop and deliver digital and multichannel campaigns tailored for online learning audiences.
  • Integrate market insight, competitor intelligence, and sales needs to support online learner enrolments.
  • Ensure brand consistency, making First Intuition’s voice stand out regardless of the audience.

Strategic Planning

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape an improved, cohesive learner and client experience for our Online qualification environment.
  • Support strategic website development, improving engagement with our Online Learning offerings.

Stakeholder Partnering

  • Act as a core business partner to the organisation for online marketing.
  • Work with stakeholders across levels to influence commercial planning, pipeline priorities, and go-to-market initiatives.

Campaign Management

  • Execute integrated campaigns across digital, events, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Align closely with central teams to ensure high-quality execution, precise targeting, and optimisation.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximise investment impact.

Performance and Reporting

  • Provide detailed narratives and context for marketing data to form well-grounded recommendations.
  • Monitor competitor activities in online qualifications to ensure First Intuition remains industry-leading.

About You

We’re seeking a collaborative professional with:

  • A track record of integrated campaign delivery across digital channels, events, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Experience collaborating with central teams to ensure strategic execution, precision targeting, and optimisation.
  • Expertise in managing online marketing budgets efficiently and effectively.

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Knowledge and experience within training providers or accountancy sectors.

Work commitment: This role requires on-site attendance 2-3 times per week, at any of our First Intuition offices.
