At Tenuta Marmorelle, we are passionate about bringing authentic Italian food and drink to the UK. We work directly with artisan producers across Italy, carefully sourcing premium products that celebrate quality, provenance and tradition. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to help drive our brand forward.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, generating ideas and delivering marketing campaigns that make a real impact across both B2B and B2C channels.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, supporting sales growth and strengthening our position as one of the UK’s leading importers of authentic Italian food.
Working closely with the senior leadership team, sales department and external partners, you will oversee all aspects of marketing, ensuring our brand is represented consistently and professionally across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company’s annual marketing strategy.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and events.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across all relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content including photography, video, email campaigns and website content.
- Oversee website management, SEO and digital performance.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta advertising.
- Produce marketing materials including brochures, catalogues, POS and promotional literature.
- Support the sales team with campaign planning, product launches and customer presentations.
- Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with suppliers to maximise co-branded marketing opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics and provide regular reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage marketing budgets and external agencies where required.
- Ensure all branding remains consistent across every customer touchpoint.

About You
We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial awareness and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growing business.
You will ideally have:
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing management role.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge including SEO, PPC and social media.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design software.
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence analysing marketing data and making commercially driven decisions.
