Marketing Officer – Elizabeth Finn Homes
Position: Permanent, Full-Time, 35 hours/week Salary: annual range £28,000–£34,000 + benefits Work model: Remote with regular on-site travel to homes

The Role
As the Marketing Officer, you will:
- Guard the brand—protect and apply Elizabeth Finn Homes’ marketing standards across group, home, and recruitment campaigns.
- Boost growth—deliver sales & marketing plans to enhance occupancy, enquiries, and referrals for key homes.
- Create high-impact materials, including brochures, digital ads, social graphics, and event collateral.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy, and positive brand alignment in all communications.
- Craft engaging content spotlighting care quality, resident experiences, colleague success, and community engagement.
- Coordinate campaigns, events & PR, managing timelines, accountability, and stakeholder communication.
- Schedule and optimize social media content, driving recruitment, brand awareness, and local engagement.
- Organize open days, recruitment events, and awareness initiatives to prospective residents and carers.
- Support internal teams with workshops, promotions, and award submissions (e.g., Elizabeth Finn Care Awards).
- Build recruitment marketing assets to attract and retain talent.
- Manage budgets & suppliers, ensuring value for money and brand consistency.
- Track KPIs (engagement, leads, performance) and report on campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing group and home marketing activity (e.g., websites, print, digital).
- Writing PR materials, award nominations, and press releases using data-driven storytelling.
- Acting as the key liaison between homes, central teams, and external partners.
- Ensuring campaigns meet occupancy, referral, and sales targets.
- Upholding stretch reboarding standards for displaced members.
- Supporting wellness and environmental initiatives (e.g., Care Homes Bursary Fund).
- Adhering to financial control procedures, including planning and budget management.
Requirements & Skills
Essential:
- Exceptional written & verbal communication.
- Proven content creation & social media strategy experience.
- Creative brand management with a philanthropic/care perspective.
- Strong project coordination and multitasking ability.
- A well-organized approach with attention to detail.
