Marketing Officer
The Position
We’re looking for a permanent Marketing Officer
We Are Seeking a Proactive And Results-driven Marketing Officer To Lead The Planning And Delivery Of a Wide Range Of Student Recruitment Campaigns Across Multiple Channels. The Individual Will Work On Campaigns Across Multiple Target Audiences Including
- 14-16 and 16-18
- Adult learners
- Online and Distance Learning
- Apprenticeships
- Business and professional courses
Working closely with external agencies and internal Digital teams, you will help drive high-impact campaigns designed to increase web traffic, generate enquiries, and boost applications.
What Skills Are We Looking For
- Strong and proven marketing and communication skills
- Experience of marketing in an education setting
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns
- Highly organised with the ability to plan, manage and deliver campaigns on time
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
- Ability to complete projects on time and within budget
Responsibilities For The Role
- Planning of annual marketing recruitment campaigns
- Delivering recruitment campaigns to achieve target numbers
- Meeting key stakeholders on a regular basis and providing regular updates on recruitment numbers.
- Managing budgets to maximise impact, efficiency, and conversions
- Responsible for producing engaging, targeted copy to support recruitment campaigns

Each question is scored by a minimum of 2 people on the interview panel. Those applicants with the highest overall score and meet the essential criteria for the role, will progress through to the interview stage and then their application form will be considered too
