Marketing Officer (Postgraduate, Research and International)
Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment £32,363 - £39,132 per annum Fixed-term for 12 months (maternity cover) 37 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Officer to join the University’s award-winning and ambitious Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment department. Reporting to the Marketing Manager (Postgraduate, Research and International), the Marketing Officer will play a key role in the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of high-impact marketing campaigns and recruitment activity that support the University’s recruitment strategy and targets.
This varied role involves working across multiple channels and media, with a strong focus on student-centred marketing communications. You would contribute to the development and management of recruitment campaigns that maximise engagement and drive traffic to our web pages; develop customer journeys that integrate with the University’s CRM system; work with colleagues to produce compelling, high-performing content; and monitor and report on marketing performance to inform future activity.

With a degree or equivalent experience, you will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Communications and Student Recruitment and build strong relationships with academic schools.

We offer an excellent employment package, including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
This is a fixed-term appointment for 12 months; however, as the post is linked to a maternity absence, the end date is subject to change.
