The Role
The RCM Is Seeking An Experienced Marketing Officer With a Focus On Student Recruitment Marketing Activity To Join Our High Performing Marketing And Communications Team Working In a Friendly, Supportive Environment. The Marketing Officer Will Support The RCM’s Mission To Recruit, Train And Nurture The Most Talented Student Musicians From Home, EU And International Markets. The Post Will
- Create original and creative content to support student recruitment across a range of print and digital platforms – segmenting and adapting messaging for different audiences
- Be an ambassador for student recruitment, occasionally representing the RCM at events, fostering positive relationships with prospective students and stakeholders, and championing the RCM's distinctive offer.

The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be a passionate and creative communicator, with good knowledge and understanding of higher education across home, EU and international markets. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, digital know-how, confident presentation skills and experience creating communications for both print and digital platforms. A marketing qualification would be preferable.
Knowledge and appreciation of classical music would be beneficial.
