The RCM is seeking an experienced Marketing Officer with a focus on student recruitment marketing activity to join our high-performing Marketing and Communications team working in a friendly, supportive environment. The Marketing Officer will support the RCM’s mission to recruit, train, and nurture the most talented student musicians from home, EU, and international markets. The post will:

- Create original and creative content to support student recruitment across a range of print and digital platforms – segmenting and adapting messaging for different audiences
- Be an ambassador for student recruitment, occasionally representing the RCM at events, fostering positive relationships with prospective students and stakeholders, and championing the RCM's distinctive offer.
The successful candidate will be a passionate and creative communicator, with good knowledge and understanding of higher education across home, EU, and international markets. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, digital know-how, confident presentation skills, and experience creating communications for both print and digital platforms. A marketing qualification would be preferable.
