Marketing Operations Analytics Specialist

Key Responsibilities As the Marketing Operations & Analytics Specialist for Cisco Security EMEA, you will be the operational backbone of the marketing team, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and providing critical data insights. You will manage administrative processes, develop and maintain marketing reports and dashboards, and support the team in leveraging data to achieve business objectives. Marketing Reporting & Analytics: Build, generate, and distribute regular marketing performance reports and dashboards (e.g., weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering key metrics such as pipeline generation, campaign effectiveness, lead quality, Target Account list alignment and ROI. Data Management & Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency within marketing systems, particularly Salesforce and marketing automation platforms. Assist in data cleansing and segmentation efforts. Salesforce Administration & Support: Provide support for Salesforce, including report creation, dashboard development, data analysis, and basic user support. Collaborate with the sales operations team to ensure alignment. Business Analytics Tool Proficiency: Utilise various business analytics tools to extract, analyse, and visualise marketing data. Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, translating data into actionable recommendations for the marketing team. Lead upload and follow up: follow and track the progress of leads from activity through the funnel to pipeline. Includes uploading of lead data and SDR progress Campaign Support: Assist in tracking and measuring the performance of specific marketing campaigns, providing data-driven feedback for optimisation. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations and reporting processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness. Ad Hoc Analysis: Support the EMEA Security Marketing team with ad hoc data analysis requests and reporting needs.

You will be an integral part of the EMEA Security Marketing team, working closely with regional marketing leaders, campaign specialists, and other stakeholders. You will collaborate with: EMEA Security Marketing Team Sales and Marketing Operations Teams

Critical Proficiency in Business Analytics Tools: Demonstrated experience with data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel advanced features). Critical Proficiency in Salesforce: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce for reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis. Excellent organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying trends and insights from data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data clearly and concisely. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively to meet deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. a detail-oriented, organised, and analytical individual
Desirable Criteria Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) is a plus. Experience in a marketing operations or analytics support role within a B2B technology environment is desirable.
