About Us

We’re Tapi Carpets & Floors! A flooring retailer with a difference. Tapi was founded in 2015 by a handful of flooring industry specialists passionate about putting customers first and blowing a breath of fresh air into the world of carpet and floor shopping. Our mission was to make buying flooring reassuringly simple, and to inspire and delight customers with exceptional and innovative products and services. Our focus and commitment to flooring innovation, customer satisfaction and hiring talented people has led to our growth and success.

In 2024 we became the Number One flooring retailer in Britain with more than 250 bright and airy showrooms bursting with design inspiration and a fleet of over 230 mobile showrooms providing a home shopping service to their customers. We continue to expand and in 2025 will opened 19 new concessions in John Lewis.

Flooring homes, changing lives, gets us out of bed in the morning. Putting a smile on our customers' faces is our daily motivation. We deliver incredible service for anybody, any house, and any budget. We place every customer at the heart of everything we do and with over 90,000 reviews on Trustpilot, our customers have rated us excellent.

Our (not-so-secret) secret to our success is knowledge and our people. We aren't just a company; we are one big Tapi family: where everyone matters. We work as a team, do the right thing, and are always on the lookout for ways to be better. Our colleagues are also a happy bunch and have rated us 4.8 out of 5 on Glassdoor and 95% would recommend us to a friend.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to join Tapi’s fast-paced marketing team. This role supports marketing operations and complex projects, ensuring smooth execution across branding, campaigns, advertising, PR, and social media. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. It’s a great opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing that wants to learn and progress their career in the fast paced and ever-changing world of retail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
