Marketing Operations Coordinator

About the Role
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you will support the delivery of marketing operations across the UCC portfolio, focusing on localisation, content management, and Veeva Vault processes. This role ensures that marketing materials are delivered efficiently, meet compliance standards, and reflect regional requirements. You will work closely with marketing teams and external partners to coordinate projects from planning through to delivery. Additionally, the position involves supporting regional marketing events, with occasional travel required across EMEA.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of localisation, translation, and Veeva Vault processes, ensuring timely delivery
- Support project planning by defining timelines, scope, and resource requirements, while tracking progress against milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation to support compliance, audit readiness, and traceability
- Prepare and manage marketing materials for review, approval, and validation in line with governance requirements
- Manage localisation workflows within Veeva Vault, ensuring smooth progression through approval stages
- Maintain a central repository of marketing materials to ensure accuracy and version control
- Develop and manage tracking tools and reports to monitor delivery status, risks, and progress
- Provide support for regional marketing events, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site coordination when required

Preferred Requirements
- Experience supporting marketing operations, project coordination, or content management, preferably within medical device or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with approval processes and regulated environments; exposure to Veeva Vault is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills enabling effective management of multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with experience working across various teams and regions
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance in all deliverables
- Proactive approach to identifying issues and contributing to process and tool improvements
Salary Range
£30,000 to £34,000

Primary Work Location: GBR Winnersh - Eskdale Road

Flexibility Guidelines: BD prioritises on-site collaboration for teams’ fostering of creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving. At least 4 days per week in-office presence is required for the majority of roles while supporting work-life balance.
