Marketing Operations Coordinator – SatVu

SatVu is an emerging space technology company delivering high-accuracy, high-frequency thermal datasets from space. With HotSat-1 launched in 2023 and HotSat-2 and HotSat-3 scheduled for this year, we're entering a rapid commercial phase, turning pipeline opportunities into revenue and expanding market reach. Join a small, ambitious team where you'll move fast, own outcomes, and make a visible impact.

The Role

We are hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to run day-to-day office operations and partner with the VP Sales to deliver high-impact events, campaigns, and sales enablement activity.

This hands-on role is ideal for anyone launching or accelerating a career in marketing—whether you’re an entry-level candidate keen to learn about brand building and storytelling, or an experienced coordinator looking for broader exposure in a scaling company.

You’ll own practical marketing tasks (events, content calendars, collateral, swag, PR liaison, and campaign logistics), gain direct exposure to go-to-market strategy, and support activities that drive pipeline and growth.

You’ll be a visible connector across the business, anticipating needs, streamlining workflows, and staying calm under pressure. We’ll support your development with on-the-job coaching, exposure to cross-functional projects, and opportunities to take ownership of measurable marketing initiatives to help you grow your skills.

If you're passionate about brand, events, storytelling, and driving commercial impact, this role offers a rare mix of creative marketing experience and operational responsibility.

Reports to: VP Sales

Core Responsibilities

Marketing & Events

• Support conference logistics, including registrations, booth bookings, vendor coordination, and on-site assistance. • Maintain events and marketing content calendars, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and PR agencies. • Manage swag, collateral, and business card inventories, including orders and distribution. • Liaise with the PR agency, route press inquiries, and support press kits and event logistics. • Support London event coordination and gifting for investors, customers, and team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
