Company Description
ROCKWOOL Racing competes on the global stage in SailGP, representing American Magic and Denmark within the world’s premier sailing league.
PURPOSE
Coordinate operational, marketing, and cross-functional efforts to turn commercial partnerships and plans into reality to a high standard. Manage the platform's rhythm to enable smooth scaling across marketing, project, supplier, and process management, ensuring integrated delivery and preventing gaps.
THE BREADTH OF THE ROLE
This role is generalist and delivery-focused, managing marketing, campaigns, operations, suppliers, projects, and platform operations. It supports the team in delivering partnerships and ensuring partners receive what was sold, but does not handle pipeline, negotiation, or pricing.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing delivery. Coordinate and deliver the wider marketing programme campaigns, content rhythm, partner marketing execution, working with Social & Comms and the Designer, so the platform is consistently and professionally in market.
- Operational coordination. Run the operating rhythm across the team, project and campaign coordination, approvals, timelines, and ownership, so delivery is joined up, and nothing falls between roles.
- Partner delivery support. Support the delivery of deals the CCO closes, coordinating activation, fulfilment and cross-functional execution so each partner receives what was sold. The CCO owns the relationship; this role owns the delivery behind it.
- Supplier & process discipline. Manage suppliers, agencies and the day-to-day processes that keep delivery on time, on budget and on standard.
- Reporting & coordination support. Maintain the delivery and activity reporting that provide the CCO and team with visibility and keep the platform's operating documentation current.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT & STANDARDS
- Represents ROCKWOOL Racing, American Magic and the team's partners to the highest professional standard always, on-site, online and in private, the brand is judged by the conduct of the people who carry it.
- Operates with absolute discretion and confidentiality around commercial, sporting, partner and personal information; signs and honours NDA and data-handling obligations.
- Holds themselves to the same performance, accountability and substantiation standards as the athletes do what they say, flags problems early, and never over-promises what cannot be delivered.
- Works collaboratively across a small, high-trust team; no role is an island, and ego is left at the dock.
- Operates as the dependable centre of delivery, takes ownership of execution, flags problems early, and keeps the platform running smoothly so the CCO is free to sell and lead.
ENGAGEMENT BASIS & COMMITMENT
This is a contractor engagement, with the clear intention to extend as the platform scales. The successful candidate operates as an independent contractor, responsible for their own tax and statutory obligations, and is engaged under a defined contract for services with agreed deliverables, standards, and notice terms.
This is a senior, broad-delivery role with real ownership over how the platform runs. The pace is fast and the remit wide; it suits a capable generalist who thrives on making things happen across operations and marketing rather than owning a single narrow lane.
