I am partnering with an award-winning, market-leading analytics and consultancy firm. They are looking for a hands-on Marketing Operations & Enablement Senior Exec / Junior Manager to join their Business Development & Marketing Technology team.

This role focuses on streamlining processes, reducing friction, and leveraging automation/AI to help marketing and BD teams operate more efficiently.

Location: London or Winchester (Hybrid - 2 days a week)

Salary: Senior Exec (£45,000 - £55,000) / Junior Manager - (£55,000 - £65,000)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimisation: Partner with marketing, comms, and commercial teams to identify process bottlenecks and streamline workflows.
  • Automation & AI: Implement practical automation and AI-enabled tools to increase speed and delivery without sacrificing quality.
  • Data & Insights: Use operational data to track performance, measure adoption impact, and prioritize continuous improvements.
  • Change Enablement: Guide teams through new ways of working, building confidence around approved tools and processes.

Essential Requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in marketing operations, enablement, or workflow optimization across campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and workflow/automation tools.
  • Problem Solving: Data-driven approach to identifying inefficiencies and translating needs into clear process requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with MarTech data structures and integrations (CRM, CMS, marketing automation).
