Marketing Operations Executive

We're looking for a Marketing Operations Executive to become the operational backbone of our Group Marketing team, supporting multiple brands across retail, wholesale and tyre manufacturing businesses.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves bringing order to complexity, enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders and is motivated by finding smarter, more efficient ways of working.

The Opportunity

As Marketing Operations Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring marketing campaigns, materials, merchandise, digital content and dealer support requests are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time.

Working closely with Brand Managers, Sales Teams, Finance, Design and external suppliers, you'll help drive operational excellence across the marketing function whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce administration and introduce automation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing dealer marketing fulfilment, including clothing, POS, merchandise and promotional materials
  • Coordinating marketing requests, quotations, purchase orders, invoicing and marketing fund tracking
  • Maintaining marketing stock, exhibition equipment and promotional assets
  • Supporting the deployment and management of content across digital display screens
  • Coordinating artwork requests and liaising with internal design teams
  • Supporting the onboarding of new dealers by ensuring all marketing materials and assets are in place
  • Building strong relationships with suppliers and managing orders through to delivery
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate records, trackers and operational databases
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve accuracy and implement automation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
