Marketing Operations Intern

What You’ll Do At Elekta:
As a Marketing Operations Intern for 12 months, you'll be embedded within Elekta's Global Marketing Operations team, helping to support the technologies, processes and workflows that connect marketing activity to business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience across campaign delivery, marketing automation, data operations and emerging AI-driven solutions within a global healthcare organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operation of Elekta's MarTech stack, including platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Monday.com, and other marketing platforms
- Assist in building, testing, and quality-assuring campaign automations and workflows in Pardot and Salesforce
- Maintain data hygiene across the CRM, including list management, segmentation, and contact record quality
- Support the preparation and delivery of campaign assets and email sends, ensuring accuracy and adherence to process
- Monitor campaign performance and produce structured reports from relevant platforms
- Document operational processes, workflow logic, and platform configurations as the function evolves
- Support the coordination of tradeshow and event marketing activities, including pre- and post-event workflows
- Identify operational issues or inefficiencies observed during day-to-day work, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
- Take on project-based tasks as directed by the Marketing Operations Manager, with increasing ownership as the placement progresses

What You’ll Bring:
- Studying towards, or recently completed, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or a related discipline, with a strong interest in marketing technology, lifecycle marketing and data-driven decision-making.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, databases and technology integrations.
- Excellent organisational, communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative and proactive approach, with the confidence to work across teams, build stakeholder relationships, ask questions and take initiative.
