Marketing & Operations Lead - DigitalCNC
Hybrid (UK)
Competitive Salary
Elevation Recruitment Group are proud to be working in exclusive partnership with DigitalCNC to recruit a Marketing & Operations Lead to join their growing team.
DigitalCNC is a deep-tech software company specialising in physics-based machining intelligence for aerospace and advanced manufacturing.
The business uses advanced mathematics and control systems to predict how a specific machine and process will behave, inside the CAM environment, before a part is cut. The result is toolpaths that are genuinely machine-specific, not just generically optimised.
Born out of decades of research at the AMRC, DigitalCNC exists to close the gap between what a CAM programmer programs and what actually happens on the machine.
As the business continues to grow, they are seeking a Marketing & Operations Lead who combines a strong understanding of manufacturing and machining with a passion for communicating technical solutions to industry audiences, alongside the organisational rigour to run the day-to-day commercial operations of a fast-scaling deep-tech business.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
