Marketing Operations Manager - 12 month fixed term maternity cover
Remote (Manchester 2x per month)
£50,000 - £60,000 per annum + performance bonus + benefits
Most marketers focus on campaigns. This role focuses on the systems, automation and processes that turn those campaigns into pipeline and revenue.
I'm working with a growing B2B SaaS business that's investing heavily in marketing, AI and commercial growth. They're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data and automation that sit behind their demand generation and revenue engine.
Responsibilities
- Managing HubSpot and the wider martech stack
- Owning lead scoring, routing and lifecycle management
- Building and optimising marketing automation workflows
- Supporting ABM and demand generation programmes
- Developing attribution and reporting frameworks
- Improving data quality, governance and compliance
- Introducing AI-powered efficiencies and processes
- Leading and developing a small team

What we're looking for
- Marketing Operations experience within a B2B SaaS or technology business
- Strong HubSpot expertise
- Experience with lead scoring, routing and lifecycle management
- Attribution, reporting and marketing automation experience
- A passion for process improvement and operational excellence
- Experience using AI to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
- Previous people management experience, or the ambition to step into a leadership role
