About the Role

As our Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll drive the go-to-market engine forward, balancing execution with innovation. Your expertise in marketing tech stack management, automation, and AI-powered workflows will ensure seamless data flows, efficient lead progression, and measurable campaign results.

This role sits at the core of our FY27 goal to accelerate GTM execution through smarter operations, reducing manual work, improving lead velocity, and freeing up teams to focus on high-impact strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Revenue, Product, and RevOps, ensuring GWI’s human insight translates into pipeline growth.

Collaborating with systems like Claude, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, LeanData, and Dreamdata, you’ll enhance scoring, routing, attribution, and campaign automation, creating scalable, agentic workflows that give our GTM teams a competitive edge.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. AI-Powered GTM Automation

  • Design and build AI-driven workflows and agents using Claude, Zapier, Clay, and our wider AI stack.
  • Automate lead enrichment, routing, sales enablement, and creative enablement to scale operations.
  • Turn static processes into dynamic, self-optimising systems that adapt to GTM needs.

2. Lead Velocity & Routing Optimization

  • Improve scoring models in LeanData and introduce AI-driven routing checks to minimise errors.
  • Craft frictionless lead progression, ensuring sales teams focus on high-quality opportunities.
  • Reduce manual touchpoints by automating distributions, prioritisation, and follow-up workflows.

3. Self-Service Attribution & Pipeline Reporting

  • Oversee Dreamdata implementation for multi-touch, account-level attribution, accessible to all cross-functional teams.
  • Develop clear, actionable reporting—critical for leadership and board-level strategy.
  • Ensure accurate funnel visibility so sales, marketing, and execs make data-driven decisions.

4. Operationalise Buyer & MarketIntent Signaling

  • Capture and integrate buyer intent data from:
    • Website behavior & product usage
    • Third-party intent tools
  • Wire these signals into scoring, routing, and rep notifications to accelerate high-potential leads.
  • Deploy real-time actionable alerts for key account changes.

5. CRM & Integration Governance

  • Maintain HubSpot-Salesforce sync, ensuring:
    • Lifecycle stages & lead status alignment
    • Error-free data transfers
    • Clean duplication and deletion policies (critical for accuracy).
  • Head up master data hygiene, audits, and ongoing system health.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
