Marketing Transformation & Operations Manager | 6 Month Contract | London / Hybrid | £55k

We're looking for a Marketing Transformation & Operations Manager to join a global marketing team supporting a major automotive brand.

This is a 6-month contract role at the heart of a busy content operation. You'll manage a digital content platform, support delivery of marketing transformation initiatives, and act as the go-to person for global markets navigating the creative to publish process.

What you'll be doing

  • Own the day-to-day running of a digital content and asset management platform, uploading, organizing, and maintaining marketing assets to a high standard.
  • Run quality assurance checks on creative assets before they go live, making sure everything meets brand and compliance standards.
  • Manage metadata, taxonomy, and naming conventions so content stays organized and easy to find.
  • Support delivery of transformation projects across multiple workstreams, coordinating actions, tracking timelines, and flagging risks where needed.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for global markets, building strong relationships with client and creative teams.
  • Deliver training and onboarding for platform users, and contribute to documentation and process improvement as new platform features are rolled out.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
