Marketing Operations Specialist (EMEA)

6-Month Contract | £400 per day | Outside IR35 (TBC) | ASAP Start

We are seeking a highly organised Marketing Operations Specialist to support the review, cleanup, prioritisation, and ongoing management of Marketing Support Funds (MSF) across Eastern Europe.

Working closely with country teams, sales leadership, commercial stakeholders, and regional management, you will bring structure and visibility to a large backlog of marketing funding requests while supporting broader marketing operations activities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, triage, and cleanse open, inactive, duplicate, and outdated MSF requests.
  • Match MSF claims against marketing plans and collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to validate activity.
  • Prioritise backlog items based on business impact, commercial value, urgency, and feasibility.
  • Coordinate with country teams to confirm ownership, status, next steps, and closure decisions.
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships across Europe.
  • Conduct site visits, stakeholder meetings, reporting, and action planning.
  • Develop simple governance processes, trackers, and reporting frameworks to ensure ongoing backlog management.
  • Provide regular progress updates and a final handover documenting recommendations and next steps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
