Your Responsibilities

Lockton’s Marketing department is an integrated team of divisional marketing, communications and design specialists who act as trusted advisors, creating and implementing strategic marketing plans and activities that support business objectives.

Our specialist expertise include advertising, design, copywriting, thought leadership, digital, communications and client document support (such as for tenders). We partner with Lockton’s broking divisions to tailor strategies that enable commercial success – there is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to marketing at Lockton.

About The Position

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering of key marketing projects on time, on brief, and on budget.

Acting as the connective tissue across the Marketing team, this role ensures that large-scale projects are managed effectively, with clear processes, project timelines, and RACI frameworks in place to support excellent delivery, accountability and cross-team collaboration.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
