Marketing Transformation & Operations Manager | £60k
Location: London / Hybrid
Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are looking for a Marketing Transformation & Operations Manager to handle the day-to-day coordination of marketing transformation initiatives and the operational running of a global content platform. In this role, you will work closely with the Programme Director to manage activities across multiple workstreams, support international markets, handle platform content, and ensure everything runs efficiently. This is a hands-on position requiring exceptional organisation, close attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Handle the day-to-day administration of our centralized content platform. This includes uploading and organizing assets, maintaining metadata and taxonomy, running quality checks, and ensuring all material meets compliance and governance standards.
- Act as the main operational contact for international markets using the platform. You will answer user queries, troubleshoot operational issues, and deliver training or onboarding sessions for new users.
- Help coordinate project activities, track actions, and monitor progress against timelines across internal and client workstreams. You will also assist with organizing workshops, meetings, and project reviews, escalating risks when necessary.
- Keep accurate records and reporting to support overall programme governance. You will write and update documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures, and assist with testing new platform features before rollout.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
