🚀 Marketing Operations Manager | B2B SaaS | PE-Backed Growth Business | Remote - Manchester (2 day a month on-site) | £50,000 - £60,000

Most marketing teams talk about pipeline. This role builds the infrastructure that creates it.

I'm partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business that's investing heavily in its commercial growth engine and looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the systems, processes, data and automation that turn marketing activity into qualified revenue opportunities.

This is not a campaign execution role.

It's an opportunity to become the operational backbone of a modern demand generation function, leading the technology, workflows and infrastructure that power growth at scale.

You'll own the marketing engine room — HubSpot, lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, automation, attribution, AI workflows, ABM operations and data quality — ensuring every activity is measurable, scalable and commercially effective.

Why this opportunity stands out

  • Significant investment in marketing and growth
  • Opportunity to shape and optimise an evolving Martech ecosystem
  • Strong focus on AI adoption and automation
  • Direct influence on pipeline generation and conversion performance
  • Ownership of HubSpot, lifecycle automation and ABM operations
  • Leadership responsibility with direct reports
  • Strategic visibility across Marketing, Sales and Data teams

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
