Marketing and Outreach Officer
Do you have a passion for marketing and a desire to make a difference in the education sector? Sparsholt College Group is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing and Outreach Officer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity to kickstart your career, gain hands-on experience across the full marketing mix, and play a key role in our school’s liaison and outreach activities.
💰 Salary: Up to £26,766 per annum (dependent upon qualifications, skills and experience)
🕒 Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
📍 Location: Cross Campus (Sparsholt and Andover)
📅 Closing Date: 27th July 2026
Key Responsibilities: ✨
- School and College Liaison: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local schools and colleges, attend careers events, present assemblies and promote our courses to prospective students and their families.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, execution and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, public relations, print and events.
- Content Creation: Support the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including newsletters, emails, brochures, website updates and social media.
- Event Coordination: Help organise and manage campus open days, school visits and other promotional events while serving as the key point of contact for our Student Ambassadors to ensure they are briefed and impactful.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analysing marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

This role is key to helping prospective students make an informed choice about their next step in education by supporting the marketing team to implement a varied schedule of recruitment events on and off campus.
Requirements:
- Well organised with a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Full Driving Licence
- Strong IT Skills
- Real interest in marketing & communication
- Confidence in public speaking
This is a full-time post, working across the two college campuses of Sparsholt and Andover including University Centre Sparsholt, and its feeder and wider schools and colleges in the region. This is a perfect graduate position however; degrees are not essential for application.
