Job Description
Are you an experienced Marketing graduate looking for an exciting new opportunity?
Are you ready to step into a new challenge in a friendly and modern setting? If so, we’ve got a vacancy at our welcoming The Dental Surgery in Corn Exchange, London.
Full-time hours available - 40 hours per week
Typical shifts: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, with one hour lunch
Competitive hourly rate from: £17p/h
The Marketing & Patient Engagement Manager is responsible for growing the practice through exceptional patient communication, marketing initiatives and community engagement. The role combines external marketing (70%) with internal marketing and brand support (30%) to ensure the practice continues to attract, retain and delight patients while maintaining a strong, consistent brand across all touchpoints.
The Marketing & Patient Engagement Manager will become an ambassador for the practice, helping patients feel informed, welcomed and confident in choosing our services. They will play a key role in supporting business growth while ensuring every marketing activity reflects the values and reputation of the practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with relationship-building and wants to make a genuine impact on both patient experience and practice success.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Marketing experience (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Social media management experience.
- Content creation skills.
- Photography and video content experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and Canva.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within healthcare, dental or medical practice.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Experience using CRM or patient management systems.
- Knowledge of GDPR and healthcare marketing regulations.
