Marketing Performance Manager

Salary: £35,000 (1 year fixed term maternity cover)

Location: London (Hybrid – minimum 2–3 days per week in our London office)

Reporting to: Marketing Director

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded digital marketer who thrives on improving performance through content, SEO, websites and email marketing. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day management of our websites, delivering engaging, search-optimised content and ensuring an excellent online user experience. Working closely with our specialist agency partners, you'll play a key role in increasing organic visibility, improving website performance and driving high-quality enquiries.

What you'll be doing

  • Create engaging, high-quality and SEO-optimised content including blogs, articles, website copy and landing pages.
  • Develop and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility, website performance and user experience.
  • Manage and maintain website content in WordPress, including migrating legacy pages to our new website following our recent rebrand.
  • Create, update and optimise PPC landing pages to improve campaign relevance and conversion rates.
  • Measure and report on SEO performance, identifying opportunities for continual improvement.
  • Plan, create and deliver engaging B2B and B2C email marketing campaigns that produce compelling content across digital and offline marketing channels.

About You

If you're an experienced digital marketer looking for a varied role where you can combine creativity, performance marketing and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll have:

Essential

  • At least three years' experience in a digital marketing or marketing management role.
  • Strong experience across SEO, website management, content marketing and email marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing website content using a CMS, ideally WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Confident stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

  • Experience using Mailchimp or another email marketing platform.
  • Understanding of marketing attribution, reporting and campaign tracking.
  • Knowledge of paid search, audience targeting and conversion optimisation.
  • Experience within the healthcare or home care sector.
