Marketing Performance Manager
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Location: Central London Salary: Up to £80,000 (depending on experience)
The Opportunity
We're partnering with a successful, privately owned international digital business that is looking to appoint a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join its growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of customer acquisition strategy across multiple European markets, driving growth through paid media, SEO, AI search and other performance channels.
This is a senior, commercially focused role offering the opportunity to shape acquisition strategy while remaining hands-on with campaign delivery, optimisation and experimentation. You'll work closely with Product, Data, Technology and Brand teams to deliver measurable improvements in customer acquisition, revenue and marketing performance.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition
- Develop and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, AI Search (AEO), Programmatic, Affiliate Marketing and emerging acquisition channels.
- Manage and optimise acquisition budgets to maximise ROI and business growth.
- Identify new customer acquisition opportunities through data analysis, market insights and competitor activity.
- Continuously improve channel performance through testing, optimisation and experimentation.

Campaign Management
- Lead the day-to-day management of performance marketing campaigns.
- Optimise creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies and conversion funnels.
- Improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and customer lifetime value.
- Develop and scale successful growth initiatives through structured testing.
Organic Growth & SEO
- Lead SEO and AI Search optimisation strategies to increase organic visibility.
- Work alongside SEO specialists to deliver sustainable long-term growth.
- Ensure the business remains visible across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-driven search platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
- Build dashboards and performance reports for senior leadership.
- Analyse marketing performance across the full customer journey.
- Translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
- Monitor acquisition efficiency and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Technology, Data and Brand teams to improve customer journeys and conversion.
- Support attribution modelling and marketing performance analysis.
- Represent Performance Marketing within cross-functional projects and senior stakeholder meetings.
Leadership
- Mentor and support members of the marketing team.
- Promote a culture of continuous testing, learning and innovation.
- Help develop best practice across performance marketing activities.

About You
You'll be an experienced Performance Marketing professional with a strong background in digital customer acquisition and a proven track record of delivering measurable growth within a digital, technology or online business.
You'll bring:
- Significant experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing or Customer Acquisition.
- Strong expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO and conversion optimisation.
- Experience managing sizeable acquisition budgets and delivering commercial results.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-led approach to decision making.
- A hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and campaign execution.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Previous experience mentoring or leading team members.
