About The Role

In a complex business like BT, performance is measured in many different ways across commercial, product, digital and finance teams.

This role ensures marketing is fully connected into that ecosystem — by:

  • bringing engagement and demand metrics into recognised business frameworks
  • creating a clear and consistent ways to measure campaign performance
  • enabling marketing teams to confidently set and manage their own targets

This is not a campaign execution role — it is about defining how performance is measured, understood and used to drive better decisions, customer outcomes and commercial growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Bring together established business metrics and marketing engagement data to create a recognised and trusted set of KPIs for measuring campaign performance
  • Recognise and evolve a core set of marketing KPIs that align with commercial, product, finance and digital measures, strengthening the link between marketing activity and ROI
  • Enable campaign and marketing teams to define, set and own their engagement targets by providing clear frameworks, benchmarks and practical guidance
  • Support teams in tracking and interpreting performance, building capability and confidence in using data to manage and optimise activity
  • Ensure all performance data is accurate, joined-up and accessible through simple, intuitive self-serve reporting tools and platforms
  • Create a clear line of sight from campaign activity and engagement through to customer behaviour and commercial outcomes
  • Translate complex, multi-source data into clear, actionable commercial insight to inform prioritisation and investment decisions
  • Identify and close gaps between marketing, digital and commercial measurement to improve alignment, attribution and trust in performance data

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
