About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and operationally strong Marketing Administrator to support the Marketing function at Perk with extensive knowledge in budget management (budget analysis, PO raising, invoicing, working with accounts teams).
- Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC)
This role sits at the centre of how Marketing operates, serving as the operational backbone of the team. You will oversee budget and procurement processes, onboarding, L&D programs, team coordination, and executive calendar management. You will collaborate closely with Accounting, People, and Marketing Leadership to ensure Marketing runs efficiently and at scale.

Responsibilities

Budget and Financial Management
- Manage budgeting, PO (Purchase Order) raising, invoicing, and budget tracking in alignment with Accounting.
- Ensure accurate coding, timely submissions, and monthly reconciliations via platforms like Procurify.
- Maintain clear budget trackers and support forecasting cycles.

Marketing Onboarding & Coordination
- Owner of Marketing onboarding: Create and maintain onboarding documentation, checklists, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ensure new hires are set up for success from day one.

Calendar Management & Leadership Support
- Calendarise and coordinate key Marketing events (e.g., All Hands, offsites, team workshops, planning sessions).
- Maintain visibility of key milestones and recurring cadences.
- Owner of the VP Global Marketing calendar and ensure action items from MLT, QBRs, and cross-functional meetings are tracked and followed through.

Meeting & Offsite Logistics
- Help run the operating rhythm of the team (review cycles, initiative trackers, all-hands reminders).
- Organise hiring coordination, feedback collection, and recruiter follow-ups.
- Support events, travel, hospitality logistics, and company-wide swag programs where needed.
- Maintain a priority tracking system for team commitments.

- Owner of the Marketing merchandise and swag program:
- Manage supplier relationships, ordering, stock levels, and budget.
- Optimise processes for cost efficiency in swag management.

- Grow the Mentoring Scheme.
- Propose new courses and training initiatives.

How We Work
We take an IRL-first approach: our team works together 3 days in-person per week. This role requires on-site presence for 3 days near our London office hubs.
