Marketing Planning Lead
Marketing Planning Lead / London / Hybrid / £65,000 – £70,000
An excellent opportunity has arisen with a global brand for a Marketing Planning Lead. This role will manage a marketing team and lead on brand and marketing strategies. This role remains hands-on, with close collaboration with other senior leaders within the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and develop the marketing team
- Create and monitor KPIs across digital channels
- Lead on email and CRM strategy
- Review insights on digital performance and adopt AI tools to improve processes and engagement
- Create lifecycle journeys
- Work closely with other senior leaders to improve operational processes
- Develop digital strategies

Essential Skills and Experience
- 5+ years in a senior marketing manager/lead position
- Experience in managing and developing a marketing team
- Experience working with CMS platforms
- Experience building and maintaining websites with digital agencies
- Exceptional communicator
- Strong attention to detail
