Marketing Planning Manager
Location: Crewe (Pyms Lane) - Hybrid Working (2–3 days onsite, remainder remote)
Contract: Fixed-Term Contract / Maternity Leave Cover until July 2027

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Marketing Planning Manager to lead the development, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing plans. This role sits within the Sales & Marketing function and is responsible for ensuring alignment between regional, functional, and global marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, coordinate, and manage regional and functional marketing plans to ensure alignment with wider business objectives.
- Drive effective planning processes across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
- Maintain detailed project plans and monitor progress against key milestones.
- Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, retailers, and external partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between local and international teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
- Engage regularly with colleagues across international markets, including teams in Europe, North America, and Asia.
- Adapt plans and communications to support different cultural and market requirements.
- Support the evaluation and reporting of marketing activities, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and future planning.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Marketing Planning, Marketing Programme Management, Campaign Management, or similar role.
- Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Previous automotive industry experience is essential.
- Understanding of retailer networks and the wider automotive market.
