Role Description
This is a 12 month maternity cover fixed-term contract, on-site PR & Marketing Manager role based in Marylebone, London. This role requires being based in our newly renovated office 5 days a week. The PR & Marketing Manager will develop and implement integrated PR and marketing strategies that strengthen Valouran’s brand, promote current and upcoming developments, and engage key audiences including buyers, investors, and partners. - Planning and executing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Crafting press releases and thought leadership content
- Coordinating media outreach and events
- Managing social media presence
- Overseeing marketing collateral and website content
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging

The role will also involve:
- Monitoring campaign performance
- Analysing market trends
- Providing regular reporting and insights to support strategic decision-making
Qualifications
- Experience in PR and communications, including media relations, press release writing, and reputation management.
- Marketing expertise across digital and traditional channels, including campaign planning, brand positioning, and content creation.
- Strong skills in copywriting, editing, and storytelling tailored to luxury residential and real estate audiences.
- Ability to analyse market data, campaign metrics, and audience insights to refine strategies and drive measurable results.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and online communities for brand building and lead generation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, investors, partners, and creative agencies.
- Previous experience in real estate, property development, or premium/luxury brands is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
