Marketing & PR Outreach Mentorship (Full-Time) - UK-Based
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps.
Our partner, a fast-growing PropTech startup, is seeking a Marketing & PR Outreach Mentor based in the United Kingdom.
This hands-on mentorship program in marketing, public relations, and outreach will immerse you in real-world communication strategies—including partner outreach, influencer collaboration, and digital campaign planning for the US market. Structured as a guided experience, you’ll actively contribute to live marketing initiatives while refining your strategic communication skills.
In this flexible, remote role, you’ll:

Accountabilities
As the Marketing & PR Outreach Mentor, you’ll support key marketing and outreach efforts:
- Partner Outreach: Facilitate structured communication with US-based partners, collaborators, and stakeholders.
- Influencer Marketing:
- Conduct research on potential influencers.
- Coordinate campaign executions and engagement strategies.
- Digital Marketing Initiatives:
- Assist in planning and promoting webinars, virtual events, and digital conferences.
- Messaging & Communications:
- Craft persuasive messaging and tailored content aligned with marketing objectives.
- Continuous Learning:
- Engage in learning-centred tasks to develop skills in outreach, relationship management, and strategic communication.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work flexibly with the marketing team.
- Manage tasks independently, ensuring timely completion.

Requirements
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Currently pursuing or completing a final year in Marketing, Communications, PR, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong interest in:
- US market outreach.
- Marketing strategy and professional communication practices.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable in a flexible, remote, results-driven environment.
- Eagerness to learn:
- Outreach techniques.
- Pitching strategies.
- Relationship-building approaches.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet set deadlines.
