Marketing Procurement Manager

Leeds (Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days WFH)

£60,000–£65,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus


Relocators with existing UK right to work are encouraged to apply.

Joining a high-performing procurement team, you'll take ownership of a strategic Marketing procurement portfolio while partnering with senior business leaders to influence commercial decisions and deliver value. What you'll be doing

  • Leading end-to-end procurement activity across the Marketing category, including sourcing strategy, supplier selection, and contract negotiations
  • Acting as a trusted procurement business partner to senior stakeholders across the marketing function
  • Developing category strategies that deliver commercial value, innovation, and long-term supplier performance
  • Managing strategic supplier relationships and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Working within a collaborative procurement team that plays a key role in wider business decision-making

What they're looking for

  • Strong category management and strategic sourcing experience
  • Marketing Procurement experience is highly desirable, although strong indirect procurement professionals from categories such as Professional Services, IT, HR, or Corporate Services will also be considered
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability
  • An ambitious procurement professional looking to develop within a market-leading organisation
