Marketing Procurement Manager (Partnerships, Events & Advertasing)
Head of Offline Marketing & Brand Delivery (UK)
Job Overview
Manage the procurement, commercial negotiation, and overall project delivery of offline marketing and brand promotion resources across the UK. Oversee collaborations on advertising, events, entertainment, and influencer projects to ensure efficient campaign delivery and effective cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise, negotiate pricing, and execute procurement for offline media resources, including:
- Billboards
- Bus and taxi advertisements
- Lead marketing resource acquisition, progress tracking, and end-to-end delivery management for large-scale projects, such as:
- Sports sponsorships
- Music festivals
- Commercial events
- Source, engage, and maintain the influencer resource database, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalise contracts
- Source and manage suppliers across:
- Advertising
- Event organisation
- Influencer agencies
- Continuously optimise channels and resource quality
- Control budgets, review project performance, and mitigate potential risks
- Monitor project implementation, resolve operational issues promptly, and ensure smooth delivery of all projects
- Conduct market research on the UK marketing industry, build a pool of high-quality resources, and support ongoing brand promotion initiatives

Requirements
- Built career in the UK, with in-depth knowledge of local culture and marketing operations, and full eligibility to work full-time in the UK
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with:
- Proven experience in media buying and commercial cooperation overseas
- Solid familiarity with the UK marketing landscape
- Strong understanding of:
- Workflows for offline marketing
- Outdoor advertising and transit media business models
- Sports sponsorships and influencer marketing
- Exceptional commercial negotiation, cost control, and multi-project management capabilities
- Results-driven, resilient under pressure, and detail-oriented
- Strong local networks with:
- Media
- Event operators
- Influencers (highly preferred)
- International brand experience (advantageous)
- Meticulous working attitude, strong risk awareness, and excellent communication and coordination skills
