Marketing Procurement Manager (Partnerships, Events & Advertasing)

Senior Procurement & Marketing Deliverable Manager (Offline & Influencer) – UK

Job Overview

Manage the procurement, commercial negotiation, and end-to-end project delivery of offline marketing and brand promotion resources across the UK. Oversee collaborations on advertising, events, entertainment, and influencer projects to ensure efficient campaign delivery and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise, negotiate pricing, and execute procurement for offline media resources including:
    • Billboards
    • Bus and taxi advertisements
  • Lead marketing resource acquisition, progress tracking, and delivery management for large-scale projects such as:
    • Sports sponsorships
    • Music festivals
    • Commercial events
  • Source, engage, and maintain an influencer resource database, conduct commercial negotiations, and finalise contracts
  • Source and manage suppliers across:
    • Advertising agencies
    • Event organisation firms
    • Influencer agencies
  • Optimise channels and resource quality
  • Control budgets, review project performance, and mitigate risks
  • Monitor project implementation, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth delivery
  • Conduct market research on the UK marketing industry, build top-tier resource networks, and support brand promotion initiatives

Requirements

  • Built career in the UK with in-depth knowledge of local culture, marketing operations, and an established network
  • Full work eligibility in the UK
  • Bachelor’s degree (+) with proven overseas media buying/offshore commercial experience
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Offline marketing workflows
    • Outdoor/street advertising
    • Transit media
    • Sports sponsorships
    • Influencer marketing
  • Commercial negotiation & cost control expertise
  • Multi-project management under pressure
  • Resilient, results-driven attitude
  • Preferred: Networks with local media, event operators & influencers; experience with international brands
  • Meticulous attention to risk management
  • Excellent communication & coordination skills
