Role Description

The Marketing, Production and Events Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports day-to-day marketing activities, including:

The position also involves helping with jewellery production processes, such as:

  • Coordinating with suppliers
  • Tracking orders
  • Ensuring product information is accurate and up to date

In addition, the assistant will help:

  • Plan and execute in-store and external events
  • Manage event logistics
  • Support customer engagement activities during events and in and outside the boutique

The role requires close collaboration with the wider team to maintain brand standards and deliver a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to provide a welcoming, professional experience to clients.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to support marketing activities and client interactions.
  • Event Planning and Event Management skills to assist in organizing, coordinating, and delivering brand events.
  • Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and support production and marketing workflows.
  • Interest in luxury goods or jewellery, with an eye for detail and aesthetic presentation.
  • Proficiency with basic office and marketing tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, social media platforms).
  • Ability to work on-site in the London Area and collaborate effectively within a small, fast-paced team.
  • Previous experience in retail, marketing, or events is beneficial but not mandatory.
